The individual will either work out of an office or employee?s home office in the UK or Ireland and will be responsible for selling Software Solutions in the area of Content Management to existing and new customers within the EMEA territory. Travel within these territories is expected.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the area of software solutions sales into the life sciences industry. Also, a proven track record of selling software solutions to enterprises is required. Fluency in English is required and additional languages are a plus. An existing network within the Life Sciences Industry such as Pharmaceuticals, Generics, Biotechs, and CRO?s is a must. Experience in Content Management Software Solutions is also highly preferred. The position reports to the GM/Sales Director for Europe. Compensation includes benefits and will be competitive within the available candidate pool.
Specific skills required and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales or consulting leader with the following requirements and skills:
?Must know the German and France Life Sciences market including FDA regulations and requirements driven by 21CFR11 compliance
?Must know the software solutions enterprise sales and is experienced in closing ?1m software related deals
?Experienced in selling Document and Quality Management software solutions
?Preferably has a stable track record of success working for US based fast growing software companies
?Preferably has experience in working for a North American software firm
?Has a background in fast-paced, changing environments
?Brings an entrepreneurial spirit and is able to work independently in a remote environment
