and is best paired up with chicken, lamb or grilled salmon. It is also

suitable with Japanese dishes such as Sushi.

Zinfandel is made with from the very versatile zinfandel grapes which

produce a wide variety of wines. The Zinfandel red wine has a berry with

pepper taste. It pairs well with pasta with tomato sauce, pizzas and

barbecued meats. The only vineyards are in California.
