LAHAINA ? Want to get a jump-start on your fitness resolutions? The second annual West Maui Health and Fitness Expo will offer booths of shopping, fashion shows, seminars and contests.
Get the facts on Maui?s premier health and fitness venues and services, take free mini classes and balance your body from the inside out on Saturday, Oct. 8, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm at Lahaina Cannery Mall.
This free expo will feature a full day of fitness classes and healthy-living showcases that are open to everyone. Exhibitors will showcase products and services, give away classes and coupons, and be onsite to answer questions.
Some of the prizes up for grabs include Pilates, Pole Dancing, Zumba, Yoga and Kickboxing classes; CrossFit memberships; lululemon athletica accessories; clothing; massages; and more!
A variety of fitness classes will be offered throughout the day. All classes are open to the public. Watch thrilling demonstrations, keiki hula or a fashion
